Any who she posted this breakfast idea a few weeks ago and I tried this morning. I was a little unsure about the concoction, didn't know how I'd feel about cold oatmeal. But surprisingly I liked it, thought it was very filling and a great post workout meal!

This is a simple recipe made with oats, almond milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and I added a dash of splenda brown sugar and some walnuts..yum! You mix all ingredients and let sit overnight.
